Kate Hernandez, a senior advisor at Crediverso, Inc. has been promoted to partner at Detroit Venture Partners and will serve alongside current partners Dan Gilbert, Jake Cohen, Gabe Karp, Delane Parnell and Jared Stasik. She is DVP’s first female partner.
Kate Hernandez joined DVP in 2019 as Principal after graduating from Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School. Her focus is on existing portfolio management, refining supported funds, direct deals and serving on the boards of companies in the Detroit Venture Partners portfolio. She is passionate about closing the diversity gap and is dedicated to early intervention and supporting diverse founders.
