Joe Biden has confirmed that everybody who is in the United States, regardless of their immigration status, will be vaccinated. These are very good news for the Latino population who are considering getting vaccinated in the short term. At Crediverso, we want to share with you the current timeline of the vaccination program in the most popular states of the US:

California – California is currently vaccinating healthcare workers, people age 65 and over, food and agriculture workers, education and childcare workers, emergency services staff and people with a severe illness with high risk of morbidity. The department of public health has highlighted that these categories include massage therapists, janitors, couriers, vets and cannabis employees. Visit this link to discover if you are eligible or call (833) 422-4255 to see if it is your turn.

New York – Current eligible groups include doctors, nurses, other health care workers, people age 60 and over, first responders, teachers, public transit workers, grocery store workers, hotel workers, restaurant workers, delivery workers, public safety workers and New Yorkers with certain comorbidities and underlying conditions. Check your eligibility here or call 1-833-NYS-4-VAX to set an appointment.

Texas – Texas state is currently in Phase 1C. They are supplying vaccines to people aged between 50 – 64 years old and people who work in pre-primary, primary, and secondary schools (this includes teachers, staff, and bus drivers); and people who work as or for licensed child care providers, including center-based and family care providers. If you apply in these range visit this site or call 2-1-1 for a referral to a local vaccine provider

If you are still not eligible, have a little more patience and keep an eye on the official COVID19 vaccination process at www.cdc.com. President Biden has announced that he expects that every adult can be vaccinated by the end of May. Until then, take care of your loved ones and keep following COVID-19 guidelines of your state.
